4500 square meters of tropical home in a very small party, but with a garden designed by the Rockefeller Partners Architects, this house is located along a walk in the street with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and Malibu coastline. Tropical home design is all about careful planning in the area. This site is a small 30 × 60-foot area, but includes not only homes but also parks. This park is a green open space in the center of the structure at ground floor level. On one side of this area is the nursery and master bedroom with bath.
