contemporary Oberfeld Residence design

Oberfeld Residence is located on the other side of the hill, which is clean, in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, this house has two large floors and a basement, a large lawn, with views of the valley below, and designed by Studio Pali Fekete Architects (SPF : a). The house is composed of concrete and steel-framed-TEN core, because it is located on steep slopes with large concrete retaining wall to hold back on the hill. Luxurious interiors and a myriad of imported stone, textured floors above Mafi. Oberfeld Residence consists of five-bedroom and bathroom. One is the master suite has a private balcony overlooking the pool and has a large clear glass windows. This mid-century house was originally designed in 1964 by Theodore Berman. Of course now he has renovated a bit and it still has a modern look inside and outside. Two elements distinguish this house from many others is the internal pages are stunning and fabulous Tiki bar. This page is located in the hall but there are some high trees that can be seen on the second floor as well. Tiki Bar is located downstairs and is open to striking tile-pool triangle. It features teak benches, tiki figures attached to the bar tender, and several other elements of decoration made of teak.
