Very beautiful and wonderful wooden house was designed by MinDay and located in rural Iowa, Lake Okoboji. The whole design is focused on the lake and consists of a series of spatial framework that provides public and private space. The lake itself is surrounded by many oak trees that form a beautiful canopy around the lake, apart from the stretch of farmland outside. Houses frame also provides individuals with greater privacy when they go home. Life Groups are open to lake and forest scenery, but the visual is closed to the neighbors on the side. The exterior of the house done in sustainably harvested Ipe concrete seat, and aluminum panels. The interior continues the theme of naturalism and have a lot of wood details and neutral colors. This residence was designed by BUILD LLC in Bainbridge Island, Washington. Three-level waterfront home has a modern design optimized for the family lifestyle. Family activities, entertaining, sports, wine-making and the like in Murden Cove below are the activities that families do in their spare time. The house frame emphasizes the view, privacy and screening strategic light, while effectively integrating the sloping site with the surrounding landscape and exterior terrace. Interesting material combinations used in the structure of the house. Wood, concrete and glass could be seen near the each side of the building.
