The Marcus beach house located approximately 250 meters from the beach Marcus, and designed by Bark Architects. This beach house explores the design of lightweight, wind natural filtration, low transparency and integration of indoor / outdoor space in a dynamic pattern of light and shadow, with a simple frame with a contemporary lifestyle sustainable might unfold. This beach house garden protected by a wall wrapped in a vine endemic to the acoustic ‘green’ buffer to a busy road nearby. This beach house was so open and bright and have a simple principle of sustainable design to stand up to protect the inhabitants from the elements. Doors and windows are strategically positioned to meet the prevailing wind, while low-cost housing that protects the roof from direct sunlight to capture that AC is not needed in Marcus Beach House is also not desirable.
