SheOak House, designed by Base Architecture, located in Kingscliff, New South Wales, Australia. SheOak House is shaped like a black box in many beach-front is designed in an informal setting, relaxed, comfortable and friendly. SheOak House 350 square meters made of steel, wood and concrete. It is resistant to weather conditions like wind, salt and Sun’s high double entrance with greenery and natural landscapes is the space / semi-built indoor outdoor installation clear cap. This area is designed to be specified in the wetsuit and hidden shelf for a surfboard. The ground floor has an open plan which is relatively simple and open to a courtyard and swimming pool. Design house is located in the Oakland hills, California, in the area that slopes downward, high above the bay of San Francisco, designed by Kanner Architects to house the beautiful scenery, from Bright bay to the Golden Gate Bridge to catch. The wooden house-Thibault Bernier is located in Montreal, and was designed by Paul Bernier. This house consists of two rooms were added, one for children and for adults. The house was to be reconsidered to make a coherent plan with the spirit and materiality, with great natural light, soothing and just make everyday life in mind. So we have to expand the house and garden to maintain quality, while working around zoning laws that are different. The orientation of the original house was also a challenge because the walls, which can receive focus primarily northeast window, so little directly let in natural light. Two boxes were made of glass and wood, a simple volume of the same size, which added to the original house. A box is placed on the roof and the other in the park under the big maple trees. Vertical section at the side of the original garden have been removed and replaced with a wood wall structure that allows for an opening in the garden and act as the official liaison between the two boxes. Original design houses with brick and new interventions are made of wood. Shear wall, semi-transparent surfaces and ventilation for both the division and the interaction between places.
