Modern Blue-Black Monochrome Clipper Street Residence Exterior Design by Envelope A+D
Clipper Street Residence was redesigned by Envelope A+D, which is a tattered Victorian duplex – two apartments have been prepared with a series of typical dark, room phones, and with classical and traditional design – Noe Valley neighborhood in San Francisco. After refurbishing it seems he is visited by the Space Invaders with a blue-black monochromatic exterior. Almost all of the partition into two flats are welcome to take advantage of natural light and openness. Lower level has become a creative studio, while the second level is developed in the living room / kitchen / dining room. Floors and ceilings back to the rough surfaces that have been washed out, exposing the volume with a saddle roof collar ties and redwood rough-rough sawn lumber under roof.
