The Flyway House View designed by Jon Anderson Architecture and based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Concept design of this house is the view of the bird habitat to maximize and take advantage of sunlight and passive ventilation, and each room using a large glass window. Simplified durable materials and the use of intelligent glass combines indoor and outdoor living. Overhang to protect the living area from the summer, but uses the sun for passive heat gain during winter. All exterior walls made of concrete blocks. The roof is made of steel.
