This modern house situated in a former industrial area in the center of Leiden, the Netherlands, designed by Pasel.Kuenzel. Design house is solving two of the most important needs of the urban housing: light and space. The house is divided into two parts, easily identified by differences in the materials used in the facade. The first, larger, part has a bedroom and living room has high windows and the interior with natural light to fill. The second part is long and narrow and contains service areas: bathroom, kitchen, utility room and stairs.
