Loft interior design is a world apart from interior design for a home or apartment. Modern loft interior design should create a functional and comfortable floor plan with spaces for relaxation, entertaining, storage, and working. The main entry is a very small foyer which creates a sense of compression before entering the main gallery, where the living spaces, modern kitchen design, dining and living room, are separated from the master bedroom by a lacquered block. Loft space planning uses color schemes that tend toward neutrals like white, brown, cream, or taupe.
