UAX studio is located in the middle Kojetín, close to Nový Ji? Inside, on a hill with views of the surrounding landscape. The goal of investors is to reconstruct the former warehouse into a place to work and live in the first stage, and build new family homes in the vicinity in the future. Original sandstone walls and pillars have been preserved from 1862 is used in UAX Studio.
