Contemporary Oakland Hill House Design by Kanner Architects
Design house is located in the Oakland hills, California, in the area that slopes downward, high above the bay of San Francisco, designed by Kanner Architects to house the beautiful scenery, from Bright bay to the Golden Gate Bridge to catch. Floor to ceiling glass opening the way for unobstructed views. Orientation mainly south-southwest require a deep overhang to cut glare and soften the light quality at home. Planning of the four bedrooms in about placement of the bedrooms, living room and kitchen at the front of the house. A glass bridge includes a bamboo garden and connecting structure. Original and tight in a modern aesthetic, the house has only a few ingredients and less color. Light plaster off the early-blue, concrete floors, steel and glass window systems, and mostly white wood cabinets and bleached and equipment to determine the composition of minimalist composition. Color was introduced through landscaping, artwork and dramatic scenery.
